I begin by asking you what the problem, trauma, or challenge is that you are dealing with which is causing your presenting symptoms ie anxiety, depression, grief, addictions etc and then find the most negative thoughts arising such as “I am not good enough”, “I will never have what I want”, “I am alone”, “no one understands me”, ” I don’t fit in”, “he, she, they don’t love me”, “I am too fat”, “I am too old”, “I don’t have enough (love, money, energy, friends, power, education,) etc. Any of these sound familiar? There are many more, all recycled thoughts shared amongst people all over the world.
Together we will look at your problematic thoughts using a process of questioning that is dynamic and direct and will bring to light the moment the thought or thoughts were created. When you discover the root cause of the stress and emotions, you have the power to question whether those thoughts are actually true. In other words you can trace the unhappiness, anxiety, depression etc to its source and deal with it right there and then. I will gently guide you through the session and ensure we completely close out at the end of the session by using a memory energy technique and you will leave with the stressful thought/s around that situation gone and a relaxation of the whole mind and body which no longer holds the negativity.
